We anticipate questions and provide answers in advance
An electric bicycle subscription can be purchased by anyone who is at least 18 years old and holds a valid government-issued ID that remains valid for at least the next three months. You will also need a debit or credit card in your name (prepaid cards and cash payments are not accepted). In some cases, a refundable security deposit may be required. All customers undergo a verification process. If a customer does not pass the verification, we may be unable to provide a bicycle or may require a deposit.
The subscription includes an electric bicycle, a phone holder, a charger, and a lock.
If you experience a mechanical issue, stop using the bicycle immediately and contact us to arrange a replacement. Monthly subscription payments cover normal wear and tear only. Additional charges may apply for other types of damage.
You must return the bicycle on the last day of your rental period together with all accessories provided by EasyBike. Upon return, our representative will inspect the bicycle and accessories for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Yes, you may return the bicycle at any time before the end of your subscription period. However, payments for unused subscription days are non-refundable.
The subscription includes free maintenance and repairs related to normal wear and tear. This includes tire replacement, brake adjustments, drivetrain and gear adjustments, seat adjustments, front and rear light adjustments, and wheel truing.
